Pancho is the Founder of Vavane, Inc. d.b.a. B365Tech and is the Chairman of San Diego Bancshares, Inc. and a Director of First State Bank of San Diego in Texas. He is the Chairman and co-founder of Accelerium Clinical Research and Hospital in Mexico.

He earned an MBA from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from ITESM, and he has graduate studies from Harvard University.

His expertise includes chargeback/dispute management, operational process design, and executing Visa/Mastercard certifications and mandates. Throughout her career in tech, Adriana has designed critical systems for several 500 Startups Latam companies. As a full-time designer at Cuenca, she redesigned the back-office interface and core design system for the consumer-facing platform. She also revamped the patient experience and interfaces for Prescrypto and served as Product Design Lead at Monato, establishing foundational platforms for IFPE back-office operations, BillPay, and Cross-Border products. Adriana holds a degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City.

Andrea Ochoa has over 8 years of experience as a UX/UI consultant and product designer, with a client list that includes CitiBanamex, Stori, and Scotiabank. She specializes in banking, fintech, and startup environments, applying Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to deliver solutions that are as useful as they are intuitive.

Marcela Ramirez has led global product and operations strategies for over 25 years. Her career spans Mastercard, PayPal, Citi, and Banamex, where she combined product innovation, regulatory expertise, and customer-centric design to deliver consistent growth.

Her most recent role at Mastercard centered on global digital payments and financial inclusion initiatives in collaboration with financial institutions, fintechs, and governments. Where she drove deployments across more than 50 countries driving adoption of over 500 million customers in digital payment solutions. At B365Tech, she translates strategy into execution while maintaining the governance and risk management standards that regulated environments demand. Marcela currently serves on the board of First State Bank of San Diego.

Eduardo has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, complemented by versatile roles across  consultancy, microinsurance, and the food industry. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, team dynamics,  system architecture, project management, engineering, and process reengineering, covering the entire product  lifecycle from ideation, documentation, implementation, and operational enhancement.

He has developed lending methodologies for Microfinance Institutions (MIFs), overseeing the evolution from manual  processes and policies to robust system architectures and streamlined operations. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Eduardo has founded and co-founded several start-ups in industries ranging from financial services and insurance to  restaurants, demonstrating proficiency in development, management, and scaling strategies.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering from  ITESM (Tec de Monterrey).
